Susan’s Mindfulness program goes beyond traditional ones.  It is enhanced by her background in art and curriculum design.  Her program includes centering movement, breathing techniques, deep relaxation exercises and group connection activities in addition to and in support of Mindfulness training.

Mindfulness has gained attention as a way to address challenges of our fast-paced, complex, modern lives. By drawing attention to the present moment, it allows us to pause amidst constant stimuli, suspend tendencies toward judgement and make conscious rather than reflexive decisions.
