The body holds wisdom
How do we listen to it?

Think-Motion is a movement-based practice led by Dr. Susan Bendix, bringing together art, embodiment, and human experience.
Working across settings from dance and art centers, schools and prisons to grief spaces and workplaces, this work creates participatory experiences where people don’t just talk about life. They move through it.
Based in Arizona, workshops are offered locally and available nationally and internationally.

This glimpse into "Humans Moving" workshop shows how movement and improvisation open space for connection and creativity.
What unfolds is collaborative, accessible, and shaped by the people in the room.

Inside correctional facilities, this work creates space for expression, connection, and reflection—where participants can speak, move, and be seen in ways that are rarely possible.

For many, it becomes something more: a place to process, to create, and to reconnect with a sense of self.
